Part B)  Verse riff:

Patty plays the verses with her middle finger barring the lowest
four strings at the 12th fret.  I know that's kind of difficult to
do, especially with a capo on the second fret, but you can also play
the verses just strumming the strings open, it won't sound quite the
but it will be the same notes.  While she's playing the verses, she
does this in between phrases:
